Meet Jackie Redmond
The Unstoppable Force of Sports and Sass
With a passion for sports that burns brighter than a stadium floodlight, Jackie continues to make her mark in sports broadcasting.
Hockey Skates to Hockey Heels
Born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and raised in London, Ontario, Jackie's love for hockey began as a young girl. One day, from the stands, she saw her sister on the hockey rink half bodycheck/half spear an opponent into a different time zone. Jackie excitedly turned to her mother and declared, "I wanna do what she's doing."
The next day, she hung up her figure skates and laced up hockey skates. Fast-forward to today, and her love of the game has grown tremendously as she's traded her skates for heels as a sportscaster.
Now Jackie reports live from NHL games, interviews hall of famers from every sport, and hosts various shows.
Catch Her on Screen
When you tune in to the NHL Network or NHL on TNT, you'll find Jackie right in the heart of the action. Whether she's engaging in lively debates with fellow sportscasters, conducting insightful player interviews, or delving into the intricacies of the game, her infectious energy and genuine love for the sport make her a beloved figure among fans.
Jackie's versatility extends beyond the ice. As an interviewer and correspondent for WWE, she can be found co-hosting the WWE Hall of Fame, interviewing wrestling legends, or sharing the backstage action.
The Story Continues
Jackie is just getting started, and this website is another way to share with her followers, fans, and supporters. As people see Jackie on the TV during an NHL playoff game, on YouTube interviewing a sports superstar, or on social media sharing her experiences, a kid may turn to their parents and say: "I wanna do what she's doing."
